Welcome to our annual French-Swedish Research Day: Journée franco-suédoise de la recherche!
This year’s event will be held at Uppsala University on October 7th and 8th, in collaboration with the French Embassy and the University of Uppsala.
The 2024 French-Swedish Research Day’s theme is batteries: the aim of the event is to compare French and Swedish views about batteries, particularly in terms of research, training, innovation, industry and commercial applications, in order to encourage bilateral cooperation in this field.
Our objectives:
- Implement the French-Swedish strategic innovation partnership for sustainable, digital and resilient societies, which was renewed on 30 January 2024, during the State visit of the President of the French Republic to Sweden;
- Take stock of existing cooperation in the field of batteries with a view to strengthening it;
- Promote and initiate specific collaborations between France and Sweden in the field of batteries to contribute to European excellence and sovereignty in this area at several levels
